Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our mining and aggregate operations running safely and efficiently. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to problem-solve, and the chance to operate powerful equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Safely operate heavy equipment including:
- Front End Loaders
- Dozers
- Haul Trucks
- Excavators
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Work collaboratively with customers, coworkers, and leadership
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Support additional operational tasks as needed
We’re searching for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in an outdoor environment.
- Experience operating heavy equipment required
- Mining or aggregate industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
