- Perform equipment inspections and light maintenance.

- Experience operating heavy equipment (mining or quarry experience preferred)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and outdoors in all conditions
- Dependability — you show up ready to work and give your best every day
- Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
- Environment: Outdoor/plant setting with exposure to the elements
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential job duties safely
