End-User Support Analyst
6 month contract
Elk Horn, IA
Looking for individuals with good computer troubleshooting, problem solving and desktop/helpdesk support experience.
The end-user support analyst will be helping perform password resets, hardware/software break/fix troubleshooting and problem solving.
This is a Windows 10/11 based laptop/desktop environment with iPhone/Android mobile devices.
Must have very good communication skills to provide phone, email, remoting, and onsite support.
This includes new computer setups, application access, and software installation.
Requirements
3 years of experience in an IT support or IT Troubleshooting role or equivalent education.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with smartphone application installation and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be open to working a rotating on-call rotation as needed.
