- 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- 3rd shift availability
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Paying $40 to $45.19 per hour; depending on experience.
- Plans shift activities and resources to optimize performance in line with production goals
- Communicates shift performance (safety, production, quality, etc.) goals, metrics and outcomes to team members
- Responsible for coaching and holding team accountable for safety, behavior, performance, and quality
- Coaches, develops and provides performance feedback to team members to build capabilities, aligns expectations and improve team effectiveness
- Hires, retains and develops talent to meet current and future capabilities; Promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment
- 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
