We are currently in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of workers involved in the fabrication, assembly, and processing of our company's products. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that production processes run efficiently, and that the quality of the output meets our standards. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a team of workers, implementing production schedules, monitoring the quality of products, and ensuring that safety and operational procedures are followed.

Role Purpose
The Production Supervisor is accountable for:
- Delivering daily production requirements in line with customer demand and production plans
- Leading, coordinating and developing production personnel to deliver safe, high-quality output
- Acting as a key communication link between production teams and the Value Stream Manager
- Escalating safety, quality, delivery or cost risks promptly and clearly
- Building a capable, engaged and resilient team with appropriate staffing and skills coverage
The Production Supervisor is expected to:
- Make real time decisions on labour allocation, task sequencing and short-term production priorities
- Manage day to day trade-offs within the shift to maintain safety, quality and delivery
- Resolve Tier 1 issues independently using standard work and problem solving tools
Production Delivery
- Execute daily and shift based production plans with high schedule adherence and output reliability
- Use visual management to track performance against plan and highlight gaps
- Actively manage constraints and risks during the shift, taking timely corrective action
- Ensure production activities are carried out in accordance with safety, quality and operating standards
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
