Construction Land Survey Project Manager-Warren, NJ

• Oversee and review survey drawings, plats, legal descriptions, title reviews, and construction layout data.
• Deliver clear, concise weekly progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and resource needs.
• Lead and mentor both field and office survey teams; manage personnel and technical resources across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement safety plans, QA/QC protocols, and peer review processes for all survey deliverables.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and proposals; support business development and relationship management.
• Monitor project budgets, profitability, and accounts receivable; coordinate billing and collections with accounting.
• Drive staff development, performance evaluations, and recruitment efforts.
• Promote the company’s brand and values through professional conduct and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support project and organizational goals.

• Minimum 8 years of land surveying experience, including at least 4 years on construction projects (vertical construction preferred).
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related survey software.
• Strong ability to interpret complex drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and effective at all levels of an organization.
