Duties
- Help coordinate the activities of during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Help train new employees on food preparation techniques, cash handling procedures, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, for efficient order processing and cash management.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow during peak hours.
