Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food items as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as necessary.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in operating POS systems for order processing.

- Must be able to working closing/late night shifts.
