Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Process cash, credit card, and retail transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash register operations
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including handling food safely and maintaining sanitation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and managing food safety protocols
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with basic food handling duties in accordance with food safety regulations

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions seamlessly
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills
• Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety management practices including sanitation, proper food handling, and kitchen safety procedures
• Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and cashiering responsibilities
