We offer various shifts including Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and PRN, depending on current availability.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Excellence: Perform patient care and interventions according to care plans, nursing standards, and hospital policies.
- Patient Advocacy: Act as a dedicated advocate for patients, ensuring they are treated with dignity, respect, and strict HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear, professional dialogue with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Documentation & Review: Accurately document all interventions and patient responses in medical records and review care plans daily.
- Team Collaboration: Prioritize team success over self-interest, upholding our R.I.S.E. core values and assisting with staffing or temporary reassignments as needed.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure all tasks comply with state and federal regulations while actively participating in continuous quality improvement activities.
- Patient Experience: Respond promptly and courteously to call bells, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor even under stress.
- Resource Management: Efficiently utilize equipment, supplies, and manpower to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing
- Licensed by the Texas Board of Licensed Vocational Nurse Examiners
- Minimum of one (1) year LVN experience
- Current CPR certification
