- Passes background checks
- Positivity and dependability are a must since this job involves working with our youth.
- Prepares rooms for use prior to guest arrival
- Responds to emergency situations
- Knowledge of YMCA policies and procedures
- Creates positive relationships with members
- Maintains an time schedule for all parties
- Assists with items and party supplies
