We’re looking for caring, energetic team members to help create a safe and engaging space for teens after school. The Youth Center offers a place to hang out, play games, use the computer lab, join programs, and build connections.
Schedule:

Tuesdays from 3:00 PM–8:00 PM & Saturdays from 3 PM - 9 PM

Summer & school vacation weeks include extended hours

Flexible scheduling available (2–3 days per week)

Support and supervise youth in a fun, welcoming environment.

Build positive relationships and encourage skill-building.

Model leadership, communication, and respectful behavior.

Qualifications:-
Must be 21 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree related to youth development preferred

Experience working with teens or youth programs
-
Strong judgment and ability to respond appropriately to teen behaviors

Works well with teens and fosters a positive, supportive environment
