The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Member Services Lead to join our team!

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
As a Member Services Lead, you will play an important role in connecting members with programs and activities that will help them achieve their goals. You will also assist people in the membership and program enrollment process and help oversee the daily functions of the facility/programs and provide leadership and guidance to other Member Engagement staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members and guests with information about our membership programs
- Support new member enrollment
- Manage administrative, engagement and membership processes and systems
- Assist with class registration

- Able and willing to complete Child Abuse Prevention training on first day and other online or in-person training as required.
- Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).
Wage: $17.50 to $18.90 per hour, depending on qualifications
Hours: Part-Time, Up to 25 hours per week
Location: Tom Taylor Family YMCA, Gig Harbor, WA
