What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Perform Lawn Care Services: Execute professional lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and lawn aeration using commercial-grade equipment.
- Conduct Exterior Cleaning: Safely and effectively operate pressure washing equipment to clean siding, driveways, walkways, patios, decks, and other exterior surfaces.
- Perform Roof Moss Removal: Safely access roofs using appropriate safety protocols and equipment (ladders, harnesses as required) to perform moss removal and treatment services.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate various types of power equipment related to lawn care, pressure washing, and roof cleaning. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on assigned equipment and vehicles.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with clients while on site.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines, especially concerning working at heights, ladder safety, and equipment operation.
- Route Management: Follow daily schedules and routes efficiently to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all services are performed to Gard Service's high standards of quality and thoroughness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape maintenance and grounds keeping preferred
- Proficiency in lawn care and gardening techniques preferred
- Drivers License and clean driving record
- Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 50lbs, climb ladders up to 30 ft. safety, work at heights comfortably, and stand/walk/bend/crouch/push for extended periods. Hand strength and dexterity to use tools and equipment safely.
- Familiarity with horticulture practices
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Able to use hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of irrigation systems
- Ability to follow safety procedures and directions.
- Will certify the right candidates in pest control, irrigation, and more.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and manage outdoor spaces effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
