GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Member Experience Staff will administer all functions related to the front desk, member concerns, and communicating all details to members. They will have a direct focus on serving our members at the highest level as well as retention of members through great customer service. They will help to address and resolve member concerns. They are responsible for processing program registrations and answering questions about program areas. The membership staff will help create a warm welcome for every guest and provide an experience for all. They will also help manage the front desk area, check in members, and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility. All staff must strive to work cooperatively with fellow employees to achieve the goals and objectives of the YMCA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age 18 or older
- Excellent skills in customer service and interactions with others
- Experience working with various computer software programs
- Strong data entry skills
• Ability to schedule, lead and support other team members

STATUS: Part-time
