What are the responsibilities and job description for the H&W Fitness Floor position at YMCA of Greater Tulsa?
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Wellness Coach will be responsible for providing quality supervision and instruction in a clean, safe wellness center environment. In addition, they will have a key responsibility in facilitating fitness technology and providing exceptional customer service, supporting the fitness floor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age 18 or older
- High School Graduate or diploma
- Excellent skills in customer service and interactions with others
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment, proper technique and purpose of exercises.
- Ability to gain fundamental knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and exercise programming.
- Experience in the Health & Wellness field
- Technology aptitude required
