ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Complete assigned repair and preventive maintenance plan for grounds and facility.
2. Collaborate with Facility Tech to perform Preventative Maintenance on all HVAC units, motors, electrical systems, plumbing components and all other areas of facility infrastructure.
3. Keep accurate records of all preventative maintenance, repairs, purchases, replacements of all aspects of facility’s mechanical units and infrastructure.
4. Assist to ensure timely opening of outdoor pool and proper closing.
5. Collect trash, perform janitorial and repair tasks,
6. Ensure timely and proper set-up for special events as requested.
7. Keep an inventory of equipment and make recommendations to replace as needed.
8. Develop and maintain outdoor landscaping throughout the property including cutting grass, and trimming weeds
9. Take preventive measures to keep buildings free from pests and rodents.
10. Adhere to established association standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School diploma with 3-5 years’ experience in facility repair, landscaping, or maintenance discipline.
2. Broad understanding of construction, maintenance and repair techniques.
3. Ability to apply critical thinking in troubleshooting repair needs.
4. Hands on capability in areas of plumbing, pool operation, electrical, gas and electrically powered tools and other hand tools.
