21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) Tutor
RULH Elementary School
RULH Elementary is seeking reliable and caring individuals to serve as 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) Tutors for our after-school and summer extended learning program. Tutors support elementary students by providing academic assistance, mentoring, and helping facilitate engaging enrichment activities.
Responsibilities

Provide small-group and one-on-one academic support in reading, math, and homework completion

Assist teachers and program staff with educational enrichment activities including STEM, literacy, and hands-on learning

Build positive relationships with students and encourage engagement in learning

Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive program environment

Supervise students during activities and transitions

Collaborate with program staff and the Site Coordinator
Qualifications

High school diploma required (college coursework in education or related field preferred)

Experience working with children preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Dependable, positive, and supportive when working with students
