Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Significant experience with horse health, riding, and training
- Experience teaching youth
- Horse care
Responsibilities
- Oversee both the main barn and Lazy T equestrian programs
- Manage the overall health and scheduling of 20 horses
- Manage, lead, and support your staff
- Use horses to create impactful programs for kids
- Ensure program safety and progression
- Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
