Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- A wide range of western riding experience and horse training
- Experience teaching youth
- Horse care
Responsibilities
- Help manage a strand of horses at camp's main barn
- Teach morning lessons and afternoon trail rides
- Oversee horse health and barn maintenance
- Have a constant eye for safety
- Create progressive engaging lessons and experience for kids
- Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
