Tiffin YMCA Child Care seeks individuals who are creative, reliable, and trustworthy to care for our little learners. If you are ready to embark on an adventure of fun, we want you for our team. Our program caters to infants (6 weeks) to pre-K. This is a year-round position.
What you will do:
Playtime Picasso: Turn play into art. Finger painting, building block towers, and giggles galore.
Snack Time Sorcerer: Goldfish crackers? Sippy cups? You will make snack time feel like a mini feast.
Hug Expert: When a scraped knee or a missed mommy hug happens, you will be there with a cuddle and “boo boo” magic.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED
- Must pass BCI/FBI background checks
- Obtain a physician signed medical statement
- Must complete require online training
- This is not a seasonal position
- This is for a Monday through Friday afternoon shift.
