social responsibility. Job Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing
environment for students Plan, organize, and facilitate infant/toddler
programs Engage children in playful activities that promote development
Teach children about their bodies, emotions, and relationships through
modeling and interaction Supervise children during outdoor playtime
Communicate with parents about their child\'s progress Maintain accurate
documentation and communicate with EHS/HS Education Director and/or HR
Evaluate and provide training for classroom volunteers Participate in
case management meetings, consultations, and staff meetings as needed
Observe children and provide suggestions for behavior management and
education programming Requirements We\'re looking for candidates with a
strong background in early childhood education and care. The ideal
candidate will have: A minimum of an Associate\'s degree in early
childhood development or a related field EEC Preschool certification
Meet Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC)
requirements At least two years\' experience in early childhood
education, child health, mental health, or disabilities services One
year of experience as a preschool teacher Experience working with
Developmentally Appropriate Practice, cultural diversity, and inclusion
