Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As an infant/toddler/preschool teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children's growth and development. We have two openings as we continue to grow each month.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of the children
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least 4 ECE classes. If you don't have any ECE classes, do not apply.
- Relevant experience working with young children
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching
