Early Childhood Educator Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Pay Range: $40,435.20 – $55,369.60 per year (based on a 40-hour workweek) Location: Fall River, MA NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS 4 WEEKS VACATION | TUITION ASSISTANCE | COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS Are you ready to be part of something truly special? What You’ll Do: Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Support infants and toddlers in all areas of development Maintain strong communication with families and team members Monitor progress and conduct developmental screenings Ensure full compliance with EEC regulations and NAEYC standards What we are looking for: Education and experience meeting Massachusetts EEC credentialing standards Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Minimum of 9 months of experience in an early education setting Passion for early learning and child development Experience in NAEYC-accredited programs is a plus Must pass all required background checks Valid driver’s license preferred but not required Why Choose People Incorporated?
