About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in California to build relationships with West Coast luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach high-potential US and West Coast brands
- Build relationships with founders, executives and international business teams
- Explore China market entry, licensing and strategic partnership opportunities
- Lead early-stage discussions and partnership development
- Coordinate with our China team on research, proposals and project execution
- Represent Yibi Hantang at relevant industry events and meetings
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry or premium lifestyle sectors
- Background in brand partnerships, business development, licensing or international expansion
- Strong understanding of the California and West Coast brand landscape
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional English
- Understanding of the China market is preferred
