We support overseas brands across market strategy, partnerships, licensing, product development, content, e-commerce and channel execution, helping them explore sustainable growth opportunities in China while protecting long-term brand value.
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in Miami to build relationships with luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry, hospitality and lifestyle brands across Florida and the wider Americas.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach high-potential brands and business partners
- Build relationships with founders, executives and international business teams
- Explore China market entry, licensing and strategic partnership opportunities
- Lead early-stage discussions and partnership development
- Coordinate with our China team on research, proposals and project execution
- Represent Yibi Hantang at relevant industry events and meetings
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry, hospitality or premium lifestyle sectors
- Background in brand partnerships, business development, licensing or international expansion
- Strong understanding of the Miami, Florida and Americas brand landscape
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional English; Spanish is a strong advantage
- Understanding of the China market is preferred
