About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager based in New York to drive end-to-end product development for North American luxury clients. You will bridge our China manufacturing teams and New York clients, translating market & client needs into successful, compliant, high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmap & specifications for stainless steel jewelry, accessories & luxury hardware.
- Conduct market & competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities & client needs.
- Lead full product lifecycle: concept, prototyping, engineering, mass production & launch.
- Collaborate with China teams (R&D, production, quality) to ensure feasibility, cost & timeline targets.
- Serve as key product contact for clients; align expectations & resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with US standards: CPSC, California Prop 65 & luxury quality requirements.
Qualifications
- 5 years Product Management experience in luxury, jewelry or fashion (North America market preferred).
- Strong knowledge of stainless steel, MIM, PVD & luxury supply chains.
- Experience working with China/US cross-cultural, cross-timezone teams.
- Familiarity with US hard goods regulations & quality systems.
- Fluent in English; excellent client communication, problem-solving & detail orientation.
