About the Role:
Join our growing team at YES Contractors as a Warehouse Manager, where your organizational skills and leadership will keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will oversee inventory, logistics, and warehouse staff to ensure projects are supplied efficiently and on time in Wall, NJ, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet project and client needs.
- Organize and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
- Manage warehouse staff: scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Track and report on warehouse performance metrics.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems or inventory software.
