CNC Maintenance

SUMMARY: The purpose of this job to satisfy customer requirements by performing preventive or reactive maintenance on equipment and CNC machinery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machinery

· Maintain equipment, machinery, and other areas as needed

· Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in the inventory and/or ordering of maintenance supplies and repair parts

· Performs janitorial duties as needed

· Other responsibilities may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Should be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
