Part Time Make Meaning is an immersive, experiential and play based sensory and art specialty class for 2-5 year olds, which aims to support children in developing their creative and exploratory skills. Children in each age group visit the classroom twice a week to immerse themselves fully in creative exploration. Full Time Make Meaning includes bringing the creative exploration experience into our Early Childhood yard's "Art and Discovery Zone" 3 days a week. (2 days a week in the classroom space and 3 days a week in the play yard.) Responsibilities: *Hours Part Time: 8:00am-3:30pm (M,W) *Hours Full Time: 8:00am-3:30pm (M-TH), 8:00am-1:30pm (F) *Provide a positive environment that encourages students to actively participate in their own learning; *Communicate on a regular basis with the Early Childhood Director, Associate director and teachers to discuss the curriculum Requirements / Qualifications Schedule: Part Time- Monday and Wednesday Full Time-Monday to Friday Education: Teaching Credentials (Required) Experience: -Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
