Duties:
· Candidate will be supporting users within the office building they are working in
· Work comes in through a ticketing system
· General desk top support
· Hardware/software support
· Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
· Responding to tickets
· Maintaining office technology
· Front facing customer service
· Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
· Backend office MS Office Support
· MS Intune
· Active Directory
· Remote management
· Incident Request Management
Years of Experience: 5 years
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 3 years extra experience
Software skills:
MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Licenses/Certifications:
A certification is not required but a big plus
Must Have Skills:
Good technical skills, good customer service
Nice to have skills:
· Large company work > 10,000 end-users
· Commercial Real Estate, Banking or Law firm support work
· Experience with Apple iOS
· Adobe Acrobat
· Microsoft Office 365 experience
· Outlook troubleshooting
· Adobe creative cloud suite experience
· Mac experience
Soft Skills:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good in high pressure environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.14 - $32.69 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
