Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will support our offices in the Raleigh/Durham Market. This position will be responsible for various non-exempt (hourly) roles including Crew Laborers, Crew Leaders (Foreman), Field Technicians, and others specialized positions as needed. The successful candidate will have collective expertise in sourcing, building pipelines, conducting interviews, building strong relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs, along with owning and managing the recruiting process to produce successful and timely hires.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the hiring manager to effectively understand the open role, find applicants that align with their needs, and guide the hiring manager through the recruiting process.
- Recommend solutions to overcome recruiting bottlenecks and market challenges.
- Source and attract candidates to engage in recruiting processes and to learn more about open opportunities.
- Ensure candidates are tracked within HRIS for reporting, recruiting and onboarding process.
- Own and maintain the external recruiting platform (Team Engine).
- Manage large volume of phone calls daily.
- Interview a minimum of 30 candidates a week.
- Communicate interview results to candidates on a timely basis.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings on those applicants selected by hiring managers, to include background checks and MVR’s.
- Build employer brand through educating candidates about Yardnique’s culture during phone interviews.
- Follow standard work throughout the recruiting process to ensure hiring managers and candidates have a positive experience.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting role, preferably in a service environment supporting hourly roles.
- Must be Bilingual, able to communicate verbally and written.
- Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and human resources.
- Experience supporting teams both in-person and remote.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-moving and fluid environment.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Travel:
As needed to operations sites to be effective in role.
