What You'll Do
- Source and order plumbing materials, fixtures, and equipment based on project needs
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Communicate with Project Managers and Field Supervisors to ensure timely material flow
- Track and manage purchase orders, confirmations, and backorders
- Maintain accurate records and monitor inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse
- Assist with invoice matching and resolve any order discrepancies
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience (construction or trades preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively across teams
- Familiarity with plumbing materials is a plus (but not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Qualifications
- Experience with procurement, purchasing, and managing purchase orders
- Strong analytical skills to review and evaluate purchase requests
- Proficient in relevant software (Excel, QuickBooks, or procurement platforms)
- Able to work full-time, on-site in Miami, FL
- Prior experience in the construction or plumbing industry is a plus
- High attention to detail and follow-through
