Used Car Manager – A&B Kia (Benwood, WV)
A&B Kia in Benwood, West Virginia is seeking an organized and driven Used Car Manager to join our growing team. This position is unique and does not follow the traditional used car manager role focused on appraising or negotiating trades during the sales process.
Instead, this role centers on post-sale management and logistics of a high volume of trade-ins — typically 75 to 100 vehicles per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee lien releases and title processing for all incoming trades.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely inspections and reconditioning.
- Evaluate each unit to determine whether to recondition for retail or send to wholesale.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth workflow from trade-in to final disposition.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in automotive management, service, or inventory logistics preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
