Job Overview

If you are an experienced Technician and your current dealership employer struggles to keep you with adequate work look to further than A&B Kia. Due to our large volume and Kia's 10-year factory warranty along with the fact we are the only Kia dealer in a 45-mile radius A&B is always working weeks out and never runs out of available opportunities. You can literally turn as many hours as you wish with no down time between jobs. Our modern facility offers each Technician a three bay, two lift area. Don't limit your earning potential based on the dealership sales, you make your check at A&B.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Repair and replace components such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive systems effectively.
• Align wheels and transmit data from diagnostic tools to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive service with a focus on diagnostics and repairs.
• Familiarity with ADAS technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Previous work experience with Asian vehicles is preferred but not mandatory.
