Job Description:
Xsight Labs is seeking a seasoned sales leader to own and grow strategic relationships with hyperscale cloud providers. This role is responsible for driving design wins, long-term platform adoption, and revenue growth by positioning Xsight Labs as a trusted technology partner for next-generation data center architectures.
You will operate at the intersection of silicon, systems, software, and cloud infrastructure—engaging executive, architecture, and procurement stakeholders while building multi-year account strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the hyperscaler sales strategy across assigned accounts (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Oracle, and emerging AI cloud providers)
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including early architecture influence, technical alignment, commercial negotiation, and long-term supply agreements
- Secure design wins for Xsight Labs silicon and platforms within hyperscale data center and AI infrastructure roadmaps
- Build trusted relationships with VP and C-level leaders, principal architects, networking teams, and sourcing organizations
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to align customer requirements with roadmap priorities
- Translate complex technical value propositions into clear business outcomes
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract structures tailored to hyperscaler buying models
- Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately, managing long sales cycles and multi-year opportunities
- Develop a portfolio of ecosystem partners that will accelerate broad adoption of Xsight’s product portfolio
- Profile market segments and customers creating strategic account plans
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline; additional MBA preferred.
- 10 years of strategic sales experience in semiconductors, networking, data center infrastructure, or cloud platforms with a proven track record selling into hyperscale cloud providers with documented design wins or platform adoption
- Deep understanding of data center networking, silicon and AI infrastructure, as well as prior experience with DPU/SmartNIC and programable architectures.
- Solid knowledge of fundamental technologies such as Ethernet, storage, and data center infrastructure and specifically in the semiconductor market.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes and long qualification cycles
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage technical and business audiences equally
- Leader that can work across diverse, and global teams, to deliver upon strategic goals with limited direction in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
- Willingness to travel globally, as needed to support customer engagements
