Job Description
As a Field and Events Marketing Manager, you will own and play a hands-on role in defining and driving Xsight’s global event presence. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our industry engagements, from high-level strategy and event selection to boots-on-the-ground execution and logistics.
This is a unique, high-impact opportunity We are looking for a strategic executor who knows how to turn a trade show floor into a measurable growth engine and translate field marketing activities into tangible sales pipeline.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Event Strategy & Selection: Research and recommend the best global events to reach our target segments. Measure the outcomes from past events and guide decisions on events for 2026-2027 and beyond.
- Execution & Logistics: Own the full event lifecycle, including booth design, vendor management, onsite setup etc. You will manage the physical aspects of event prep, including shipping, receiving, and equipment organization.
- Field Campaign Integration: Partner with the sales team to execute regional field marketing activities (lunch-and-learns, local seminars) that complement major events and drive local pipeline.
- Measurable Outcomes: Create and track KPIs for every event to ensure a clear ROI and provide data-driven recommendations for future participation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Sales, and R&D to ensure our demos and messaging are perfectly tailored to the specific audience of each event.
- Collateral & Messaging: Help develop and present marketing collateral and sales training to ensure the team is equipped to win at every event.
- Budget Ownership: Manage the events budget with precision, ensuring high-quality brand representation while optimizing spend.
- Global Representation: Represent the Xsight brand at domestic and international
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in field marketing or event management within the semiconductor or high-tech market.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of data center networking, AI/ML architectures, and the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Strategic Execution: A "mini-CEO" mindset for events, someone who can handle both the 30,000-foot strategy and the granular logistics.
- Location: Must be local to San Francisco/Bay Area. This is a hybrid role requiring the ability to access the office to manage equipment, shipping, and logistics. Flexible in office schedule.
- Availability: Initially a Full-time commitment
- Travel: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20-30% of the time once the role becomes full-time.
- Communication: Exceptional fluency in English (written and verbal) and the ability to work across diverse, global teams with limited direction.

Education & Experience
- Education: B.S. or B.A. in Business, Management, or a technical field is required. A Master’s degree or MBA is a significant plus.
