Job Summary

Qualifications:
- Strength & Conditioning certification, relevant degree, or at least 1 year of experience in Sports Performance Training.
- Neat, clean appearance; prompt & efficient, loyal, honest, and dependable.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service.
- Ability to coach in a team atmosphere and motivate clients.
- Passionate about changing lives and creating wow experiences for clients.
- Works well with kids and has experience with athletes as young as 7 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching: Conduct small group and large group coaching sessions as assigned by the director.
- Programming: Create and contribute to our clients' programming.
- Accountability & Retention: Implement standard protocols for client accountability and retention.
- Sales: Follow the sales process to convert prospects during Assessments and other program offerings.
- Internal Marketing: Implement the internal marketing calendar as provided by leadership.
Compensation and Hours:
- Part-Time Position (Mornings, Evenings, and Some Saturday Mornings Required).
- Hourly Wage Base & Commission-Based Incentives.
- Company-provided uniforms, continuing education, in-services, and free training at our facility.
