Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of standard costing and inventory valuation processes
- Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS), manufacturing variances, and production costs
- Partner with operations and supply chain to understand and track cost drivers
- Assist with inventory accounting, including reserves, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting related to cost accounting
- Help establish internal controls and scalable processes
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, or manufacturing finance
- Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment required
- Familiarity with standard costing, COGS analysis, and inventory processes
- CPA (or progress toward) is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
