A high-growth consumer finance and credit platform is hiring a Treasury Manager to join its Accounting & Capital Markets team in Center City Philadelphia (hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite).

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to how credit card portfolios are funded, managed, and operated behind the scenes. The role offers broad visibility across treasury operations, cash management, liquidity oversight, structured finance, reconciliations, and funding activities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Daily cash positioning and liquidity management

• Treasury reconciliations across multiple entities and banking platforms

• Monitoring portfolio settlements, receivables funding, and servicing activity

• Supporting structured finance and securitization cash flows

• Treasury reporting, forecasting, and funding analysis

• Partnering with internal leadership and external banking partners

• Supporting treasury controls, audits, and process improvements

Ideal background/experience:

✔ Treasury experience within financial services, banking, fintech, payments, or consumer lending

✔ Strong cash management and reconciliation experience

✔ Exposure to complex multi-entity environments

✔ Ability to operate independently in a highly visible individual contributor role

✔ Credit card portfolio experience required
