Produce Quality Associate
Monitor and ensure the quality of fresh produce through inspections and data collection. Maintain safety and quality standards in a manufacturing or retail setting.
Key Duties:
- Perform quality audits and checks from receiving to stocking.
- Follow quality assurance protocols and document results.
- Collect and analyze quality data to support improvements.
- Work with the team to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure work areas are clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Experience in quality inspection (QA/QC) preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
