As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Lead Buyer to join its team. In this role, you will lead procurement for assigned categories and support the development of sourcing strategies to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliable supply. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships, drive cost optimization initiatives, and ensure procurement processes support the company’s operational and manufacturing goals. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead complex negotiations in a fast-paced, collaborative environme

  Procurement Leadership: Lead sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories of goods and services that support manufacturing, operational, and office needs, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and business object
• ives.Strategic Sourcing: Identify sourcing opportunities, develop procurement strategies, and lead negotiations to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery t
• erms.Supplier Relationships: Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improve
• ment.Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives, analyze spending trends, and ensure procurement activities align with budget and cost tar
• gets.Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage supplier agreements and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirem
• ents.Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to evaluate supplier capabilities, identify new sourcing opportunities, and monitor industry trends that may impact supply and pri

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related
• field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within an industrial or manufacturing environment, with demonstrated experience leading sourcing initi

• skills.Experience with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office
