On-Site Recruiter (Las Vegas Market)

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter!

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support on-site hiring operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00- $20.00 Hourly (DOE)

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Garland, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and create/edit job descriptions
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for high-volume and professional roles
• Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews, and behavioral interviews
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates

Qualifications:

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, phone, and basic computer skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
