Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Shifts are 12 hours and rotating days with day rate differential.
A-Shift 6AM-6PM – Sunday-Wednesday
B-Shift 6PM-6AM – Sunday-Wednesday
C-Shift 6AM-6PM – Wednesday - Saturday
D-Shift 6PM-6AM – Wednesday - Saturday
Location: Wilmer, TX
Qualifications:
- Scissor Lift (Not required, but preferred)
- TDLR Certification (Not required, but a plus)
- Putting up signs, fire extinguishers, going on the roof and checking the air
- Fixing leaks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of military or industrial experience in one or more of the following areas: plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical controls
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well as the ability to record and log work in a CMMS software platform
- Ability to understand, follow, and execute written and/or oral instructions
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate appropriately within the department at a site level
- Ability to analyze, problem solve, and make decisions with guidance when needed
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting immediate goals, deadlines, standards and expectations
- Must be able to effectively use basic hand and power tools as well as aerial lifts
- Limited experience with conveyor systems and related equipment
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
- Proficient at safely monitoring and maintaining operation within a live robotics floor to include clearing drive issues
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs based on needs of the role
- Perform repetitive movements (e.g. climbing ladders), reaching, bending, push/pull bins, repetitive wrist movement, be stationary, mobile or physically active for entirety of the shift
- Frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, testing equipment, office documents, and office objects near and far
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely while using machinery
Responsibilities
- Conducts operation, maintenance, tests, and repairs of mechanical, electrical and controls equipment, systems, and components
- Applies knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and mechanical support
- Applies skills in restoring equipment to operational status including but not limited to Electrical distribution, Air Compressors, Chillers, Vacuum pumps, Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer and HVAC
- Monitors Control System Overview to identify system problems such as jams, faults, etc
- Assists with preventive/predictive maintenance of equipment and systems
- Responsible for maintaining safety guidelines, cleanliness and security standards
- Troubleshoots simple AC circuitry
- Identifies and replaces blown fuses
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs
- Comply and meet standard operating procedures
- Identify and surface issues to leadership in a timely fashion
- Assist with basic metal and wood fabrication, may include saws and drills
- Conducts daily, weekly, monthly, etc., building visual inspections to include dock doors, ID/OD lighting, etc
- Utilize FTHA and Take 2 forms prior to doing any non-routine work
- Perform daily standardized facilities equipment inspections
- Perform other duties and special project(s), as assigned by management
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and ensure they are running efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Support in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues on various types of production equipment.
- Repair and replace machine components including motors, bearings, belts, sensors, and wiring.
- Inspect and maintain production equipment such as conveyors, presses, cutting, and packaging machinery.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documenting repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics and manuals to understand the technical aspects of equipment and perform repairs accurately.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to implement equipment modifications and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, proper use of PPE, and adherence to company policies during maintenance work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
