About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Sr. IT Helpdesk Technician & Facilities to serve as the primary onsite IT support resource and take ownership of the daily facilities needs of the office. This hybrid role combines the technical expertise of a senior IT Helpdesk Technician with the operational responsibility over the physical workspace while collaborating closely with the organization’s Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate is user-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable balancing IT and office facility duties.

At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected hourly salary range for this role is $27.51 to $34.62, based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.
Depending on your qualifications, you may be considered for either an Technician or Sr. Technician title. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.

How you will make an impact:
In this role, you’ll:
IT Management & Support
- Serve as the primary onsite IT helpdesk technician for the office, providing direct end-user support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, networking, and endpoint issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra (Active Directory), and Intune endpoint management.
- Lead IT asset tracking, software compliance, and licensing management.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Provide VPN, remote access, and smartphone support.
- Document IT processes, infrastructure changes, and user guides.
- Mentor junior IT support staff and participate in on-call support for escalations and incidents.
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including building systems (HVAC, electrical, security, etc.).
- Coordinate office moves, workstation setups, and ergonomic support.
- Manage vendor relationships (janitorial, maintenance, security, etc.).
- Maintain safety, accessibility, and compliance standards.
- Administer physical security systems (keys, access badges, and entry controls).
- Support business continuity planning and facility-related emergency response.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field preferred. Facilities Management is a plus.
- A or Microsoft certification required; CompTIA Network or ITIL a plus.
- Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification desirable.
- 5 years in IT support roles with 2 years in facilities coordination/management.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint administration.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems and vendor coordination.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with a user-first mindset .
- Ability to multitask between IT and facilities responsibilities in a high-demand environment.
- Project management skills for office buildouts, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks when needed.
