Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturing company located in the Irmo South Carolina area is looking for a Warehouse Manager
JOB DUTIES
- Drive continuous supply chain optimization through process standardization, process improvement initiatives, and leveraging supply chain analytics.
- Oversee inventory control, planning & order fulfillment processes to meet customer expectations.
- Manage transportation planning and logistics coordination using transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize freight movement and reduce costs.
- Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Oversee budgeting activities, procurement, purchasing & materials management to control costs & maintaining service levels
Requirements
- 3 years working as a Warehouse Manager in a Manufacturing Environment
- Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and supply chain analytics tools.
- Strong experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience managing budgets while analyzing supply chain data for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of 3PL operations, NVOCC logistics practices, and transportation management systems (TMS).
