Large International Manufacturing Company located on the East side of Battle Creek is looking for a Plant Maintenance Manager
JOB DUTIES
1. Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance technical teams, ensuring effective distribution of work, timely completion of tasks, quality of work and safety standards/goals are met
2. Leads maintenance services, including preventative/predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and performance improvement for machinery/equipment to minimize downtime and achieve productivity goals.
3. Manages the Work Order system and ensure accurate recording of work history on equipment and facility, including preventative/predictive, breakdown and projects.
4. Performs project management duties, ensuring the project scope, goals and deliverables support the required outcome(s).
5. Supports lean manufacturing initiatives with effective department performance and equipment oversight.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8 years of manufacturing maintenance work experience
- Completion of advanced training in machine maintenance, including, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, and CNC
- 5 years leadership experience (demonstrated leadership skills in current or former job may be substituted for experience)
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
