Large Manufacturing company located in Evansville Indiana is looking for a Process Engineer that has worked in a metal or steel manufacturing environment
JOB DUTIES
- Optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, increasing throughput, reducing cost, and supporting new product development across coiled and cut-to-length/spooled tubing production lines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot process issues, and implement data-driven solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Assist Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase OEE, reduce scrap, and improve cycle times.
- Collaborate with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Support troubleshooting of production equipment and tooling to ensure consistent performance.
REQUIRED
- 4 years working as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing Environment
- Strong experience in lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
