Tier One automotive company located in Battle Creek Michigan is looking for an Engineering Supervisor
JOB DUTIES
- Oversee Quality, Safety and Process Development / Process Improvement activities within the manufacturing processes.
- Ensures machining and support that our processes are safe, capable, efficient, and compliant with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across machining and inspection operation in order to improve operational performance.
- Drive safety performance through enforcement of plant safety policies, (incident investigations & implementation of corrective actions).
- Drives reduction of PPM, scrap, rework, and Cost of Poor Quality.
REQUIRED
- 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1 years working as a technical or supervisory responsibility - will oversee 4-6 employees (quality technicians / process technicians)
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
