Large international manufacturing Company located just east of Kansas City Missouri is looking for a Operations / Production Manager
Responsibilities
- Benchmark and elevate manufacturing processes across the plant
- Lead and manage site-wide capex planning, tracking, and execution
- Ensure equipment and systems meet divisional specifications and safety standards
- Lead Business Process Excellence (BPE) projects to improve systems
- Deliver SOP excellence—from cycle times to operator instructions
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven background in Manufacturing Engineering and systems
- Excellent communication and continuous improvement mindset
- Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
